Overall had an excellent appointment this morning for one of my family member. Prior to the appointment the office called and we chatted with our insurance company to see what they would cover. The call center is not local therefore many times I would miss their calls and play phone tag. The call center people did not have a done of knowledge so talked mainly with the office themselves.
