One of the ladies who administers the allergy shots was extremely rude. I wish Clarksville had more allergy clinics to choose from. Dr Choi was super sweet, but the customer service here is mediocre.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this office over several months. I was improperly balance billed for charges TRICARE does not allow, and it took repeated follow-ups on my end to get them corrected. Despite claims that I was contacted about an expired referral, my call logs show no incoming calls — only two outgoing calls I made to follow up on missing allergy vials they had “forgotten” to order.
