I waited over three months for a new patient appointment. The day before my appointment they said the scheduler didn’t put me in as a new patient and I would have to wait an additional 3 months for another appointment. I understand that they put me in wrong, but since it was not my fault, they should correct it and get me in with someone. Not make me wait another 3 months.

My wife saw Dr Adams this morning. She was very attentive to my wives issues and gave us some very valuable information. We were greatful for her caring nature. That sentiment applied to that entire staff. Very professional and friendly.

Three years ago, I clearly told the doctor my son eating peanuts... when my son eats peanut he gets little rash and goes away that's why i wanted him test. and he did skin and blood test, they called me back to tell me the results, says he showed a positive allergy from the BLOOD test and SKIN test... Three years later, I called again and i asked about the IgE level of the blood test, and they said they didn't received the blood results. And didn't aplogized, And Why did you prescribe an EpiPen for an inaccurate test result?

My son had a minor reaction to peanuts, so he had blood and skin tests here 3 years ago. But they still don't know his IGE levels from the blood test woW.... he wasn't even serious EpiPen prescription that doesn't need so i throw away and Im regret getting the allergy test here wasted my time and money
