We had a past medical bill we paid off but it went to collections we paid it off this was 8 years ago but now they will never schedule my child again. The worst was the lady who answered was so rude and unkind. They immediately are rude. It's sad I would never talk to anyone so unkind. So I guess it's better we go to an office that is nice to children.
I can’t even begin to express how thankful I am for this place. First the front desk staff are so accommodating and wonderful and very quick at responding to calls and needs. This biggest shout out goes to Dr Kabir and Donna Doerffler NP. My 6 month old son was first seen with Donna and she was the first to actually want to look into Kayce’s allergies for his eczema. After unfortunately he hadn’t been responding to treatment she tried to look at a different approach once that didn’t work as well she got me in to see Dr Kabir... read more
Everyone is super nice but waiting for a doctor takes forever. This place has helped me but when we have stuff planned afterwards we can't even make it on time due to waiting
