I’ve been coming here every 4 months since 2019 so I’ve been here 20ish time. I really trust my provider, Donna and feel like my health is her priority. She is really knowledgeable and I feel like I’m in good hands with her. Every single person I’ve encountered has been extremely caring and professional. I’m never rushed and a lot of them seem to remember me each visit which means a lot. We had a past medical bill we paid off but it went to collections we paid it off this was 8 years ago but now they will never schedule my child again. The worst was the lady who answered was so rude and unkind. They immediately are rude. It's sad I would never talk to anyone so unkind. So I guess it's better we go to an office that is nice to children.
