The Aliveness Project is one of the best community resources for Queer & Trans BIPOC folks in the twin cities area. They provide free HIV-testing and help you navigate accessing Prep if you have no medical insurance. The staff is super friendly and I always have a positive experience going here. They truly care about the well-being of their patients and are a lifeline to the community during a time when the federal government is cutting funding and attacking the LGBTQIA community.
