My car has aftermarket coilovers, I brought it in to get the alignment done, and most of the numbers were out of spec on the sheet after the alignment. I was told that I wouldn't be able to get it back in spec due to the coilover suspension. But was still charged the full amount. When I started asking questions to the tech, it seemed to irritate him like I was questioning his ability, when I was really just asking questions to further my knowledge on the subject and figure out how to get it into spec. Great experience and service from The Alignment Shop. I had Troy install a lift kit on my Toyota 4Runner. He did an awesome job. I highly recommend The Alignment Shop for any alignment and suspension needs.
The best alignment and front end shop in town. I have a newer Ford super duty and it always went through front tires until I started using Troy and his wife. They are so friendly and pricing is very fair. There’s no reason to use anybody else.
Best my car has driven in years! Brought my 1968 Cougar from Ephrata to have Troy align it and he did a great job. It was more of a custom alignment than the typical “computer says it’s good” alignments I’ve had on this car. He also verified a steering gear box issue the car is having and I can now confidently address that. Although I did provide the desired alignment specs, I looked to Troy’s professional opinion to verify that they were acceptable. He agreed that they were a typical spec.
