A great hotel with a prime location on the Savannah Riverfront and an exceptional staff. The front desk team, Jordan and Jordan, were very welcoming and accommodating. Lily, our server at both the lobby and rooftop bar, is the best of the best. She went out of her way to ensure our birthday celebration was recognized. She has a wonderful personality and is a great ambassador for the Marriott customer service brand.
We travel to Savannah frequently for business and work, and Brittany D. and Alejandra S. always take incredible care of us every single time. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality make every stay seamless and enjoyable. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for our team.
