They were absolutely fantastic in my distressing time of need. My pet snake impaled herself; and even though their day was packed and busy; the team went above and beyond to help me; they took the time to check out my baby, and circumstances were worse then what was thought, yet they stayed back and made the time to operate and stitch her up.
