Waited a hour and 10 minutes to be seen for my booked in appointment on monday. The printing machine for prescriptions wasnt working and was told i can grab my perscriptions the next day. Its now thursday and my perscription has still not been sogned off.
Very helpful staff and happy to help me get info for bookings etc. Also big shout to Cheryl suggesting ideas when I needed assistance with what my GP has recommended! Many thanks - very happy with the service and kindness!
