DO NOT LIVE HERE. I highly recommend that you find another place. The only reason I signed onto ALGER Arms was because I needed to move down to the area ASAP for a job. It’s a two bedroom and costs us $650 to live here (with a $100 discount). The apartment was extremely dirty the day we moved in. Hair in the bathroom sink, toilet, and in the tub. The walls had dirty finger and hand prints everywhere. There was mice droppings in the cupboards and closet of the kitchen. They promised to replace our windows and never did. Our b... read more
