It seems like they make patients despite you are genuinely suffer to wait average 5~6hrs++. And their streaming staff you can tell they genuinely doesn't care much. Unlike the fast track section. If you were lucky to put there those staff will monitor patients conditions, checking waiting patients and assisting when needed. The streaming section just pretend to be care but they genuinely don't care. I feel zero sympathy I makes me really wonder what does "emergency" means to Australian.

The nurse is unfriendly and rude and tells us that she does not know what time the doctor will see us. Explain to me how it is possible that a hospital in the emergency room where it is empty does not have a doct... read more
Every interaction I had at the A&E department was pleasant the staff were super nice and knowledgeable. It was a smooth transition from reception, to actual A&E to a temp bed then a short stay bed. Thank you to all the staff for doing what they do!
