The worst experience, we arrived at the emergency room around 4 in the morning, the emergency room totally empty. Literally 0 people waiting for attention. The nurse is unfriendly and rude and tells us that she does not know what time the doctor will see us. Explain to me how it is possible that a hospital in the emergency room where it is empty does not have a doct... read more

Every interaction I had at the A&E department was pleasant the staff were super nice and knowledgeable. It was a smooth transition from reception, to actual A&E to a temp bed then a short stay bed. Thank you to all the staff for doing what they do!

VERY Poor experience. Had a hard time breathing and possible heart attack symptoms. I asked several times for an ECG. (4.5 hours wait) the night nurse said I had “good numbers” for a blood pressure (not related to an ECG btw) and they put me down as pain free despite complaining about left chest arm and shoulder and neck pain (I peeped their computer). When the dr did my ECG he said he was glad I pushed for it because my ECG came back with signs of activity so they kept me over to monitor. Shame on that nurse
