I have visited The Alfred Centre a number of times over the years for outpatient appointments, including multiple visits during May and June 2026 for specialist treatment and scans relating to my shoulder injury. Getting to The Alfred Centre is fairly straightforward. There are trams running along the surrounding main roads and it’s only a short walk or tram ride from Prahran Station. Awesome experience at Alfred Centre! Big shoutout to nurses Rian and Jing for taking great care of me overnight.
Had a procedure done here recently and overall it was a good experience. The nursing staff were lovely, made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly before and after. Didn't have to wait too long and the whole team was professional. Only small issue was some confusion with the paperwork at check-in, but they sorted it out quickly. The care itself was excellent. Would recommend, just allow a bit of extra time for admin on arrival.
