I had to visit the respiratory medicine department every year up until recently, now 6 monthly because of my sleep apnea, I found the staff very friendly and they explained everything that they had to do which made me feel not so anxious The food court is great, and they cater to all dietary needs . I've been coming here for 25 years this year, and I never left feeling that I wasn't told everything.

The four stars is for Dr Dean Popvski Ward 4 East. He made a tough time so much easier for my sibling and our family. He was kind, warm, and truly caring! We felt listened to and supported every step of the way. While others didn't meet our expectations, Dr Dean stood out. He showed real compassion and went above and beyond to make sure my sibling got the care he needed. He was the light in a frustrating experience, and we won't forget that.

DREADFUL, DREADFUL, DREADFUL,What a dreadful experience it was having my late 80's year old mother at this hospital. She was waiting to have a heart replacement valve operation, she was in extremely poor health, she was in a room by herself when another patient was brought into the 2 person room which wasnt a problem, but it became a problem when this patient had RSI.
