Amazing experience. Art in every wall. Service has been amazing and the rooms are huge and clean. Also very close to food and open spaces as well as public transportation.
Overall, the hotel itself is fine and in walking distance to park avenue, but the management should seriously address staff training and customer service. Aside from the housekeeping and spa staff, the rest of the staff is extremely unprofessional If that improves, it would be a good place to stay. Management and staff meet and speak loudly where customers are enjoying coffee, that’s a no-no
The Valet parking person it was the most uneducated an unpleasant with out any type of good Manor's! we had the worst experience Thanks to Adil ! With out including the lost my car keys! Thank you Adil for your ugly service I least we know now where not to come back !
