The ones with 5 stars are getting appointments well done .. In this new triage system where the best story gets an appointment .. the metal health nurse that is there once a week .. prescribes new medication (trazadone) and not check on you for 5 months .. I tried but my story wasn't good enough to get an appointment to see the GP to then ask.. mental health nurse? of course I never got said appointment because once again my story wasn't electrifying enough to warrant an appointment ..
Every time I come to the practice everyone is always very helpful. Even with the restricted availability they have always tried to be accommodating.
Visited the practice today saw Claire the nurse who was very friendly and helpful. So easy to talk to absolutely brilliant
Was once a great doctors been there for over 25 years. Now it's absolutely terrible, don't waste your time honestly
