はじめてベンドに行ったのは半年前！たった半年ぶりに行ったのに、なんと閉業しているタップルームがありました。それがこちらです。寂しいですね。 最近のベンドは観光業で再注目されているらしく、賃貸の価格がすごく高くなっているそうです。モーテルに泊まったんですが、モーテルでさえ120どるほどしました。驚きです。 ここはものすごく美味しかった！ファンキーな酵母のパワーとモルトのバランス、静だけどパワフルというイメージでした。 半年前にお土産で買ってきたボトルがまだ家にあります。ボトルシェア会でいつかあけたいなぁ。 醸造所は続いているらしく、まだここのビールはボトルショップなどで買うことができます。見かけたら買いたいな。とおもいます。 半年単位でも閉業や開店などの移り変わりが激しいクラフトビール業界、難しいですね。 前回のベンド旅行のときのブルワリー訪問記、あまり残せていないようなので、改めて見返して投稿していきたいと思います。行ったのに投稿できてないブルワリーがたくさんありそうだなぁ。 【#リホブルワリー No.301 #リホアメリカブルワリー No.193】 オレゴン州ベンド発自然の恵みをそのままボトルに詰め込んだような極上ワイルドエールを手掛ける「T... read more
The sour I had was a bit overpowering, but chill spot regardless. Had two beers with a bunch of buddies before bailing out of here. Its a quiet place for a casual beer.
Really good sours and really friendly folks. I had my reservations, but would definitely go again.
