Such a delightful space... beautiful ambience, fantastic elixir beverages and cool metaphysical goods. Impeccably displayed shop. Highly recommend !
This Soho, Nyc Store is a gem, with unique selections of herbal, botanical & purification products galore. Including books, cards & of corse cbd. Also, checked out next door’s Elixir Bar… it’s truly amazing. And the staff were knowledgeable & helpful, answering questions.
I deleted my past review in the hopes that I would call and have a better experience - but this is the second time I’ve called - and the guy is actually just a freaking weirdo. He seems like he’s actually a creep / not present. This is truly the dumbest decision by the owner, to put a man like this on the phone, answering calls and orders. I was close to putting in an order for something and didn’t, because of how rude and weird the guy was on the phone.
The store is lovely. They sell herbs, cbd and all other cool things. the store is so authentic and aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for a unique experience, I highly recommend to visit this store.
I did not receive an itemized receipt and had a feeling the math didn’t add up; so i checked online afterwards and sure enough, the older lady who cashed me out finessed. Additionally when I asked her if they carried anything from the brand Cymbiotica she said no, when online it shows they do… just an odd, inauthentic experience for a shop in the holistic industry.
