We had 3 other pool companies before we started using The Alchemist. We’re now on our 6th year with them. Aside from the weekly service we receive, we’ve also used them for many pool equipment issues, a nice value, where issues are handled promptly and efficiently.
Daniel and his staff are always available for help and making things right. They are always pleasant and professional. We feel fortunate to have them maintaining and servicing our pool.
Nancy and the Alchemist team are always professional, friendly, and helpful. They always do a wonderful job in a timely fashion!
After many tries with others, Alchemist is the best of the best pool companies! So friendly and they do a complete job EVERY time. No skimping. They keep our pool clean & have solved any problem we have had quickly and effectively! Customer service is fabulous. They always respond quickly to calls. We love them! Truly a worry-free service.
Our pool heater was not working properly so I called Alchemist pools for assistance Xmas eve and they took the time to walk me through a few things to fix the problem but unfortunately it was bad sensors but they assured me they would be there Friday to fix the problem and true to word they were here and had the heater working in no time, we cannot be more happier with the service and professional service we received thank you so much for your dedication to customer satisfaction.
