Friendly staff, easy going place!
5 stars for guests and guys/girls front desk. 3 stars with the club. On occasion management removes equipment the members pay to use to other facilities. Ruins the routine and makes you wonder why do I pay so much for this. When you reach out to them (Donavon) asking what’s up with taking away the free weights up stairs on two separate occasion and NO response. It becomes clear they just don’t care. The Steamroom in the Women’s Locker Room is always broken! Incredibly frustrating! If you are considering getting a membership here for a steam room seriously reconsider because it is very rarely available.
I like it but a membership for single is too high price
