Paywall. I'm not giving you money for a simulated newspaper. Newspapers are on paper. While broadcast media competes for customers, this business is hiding stuff behind a paywall. That is not how the internet works. And looking at the other reviews, I'm probably better off not subscribing. It appears people that have been unfortunate enough to do so have been unable to cancel it in a convenient and reasonable manner.
Cancel subscription button online conveniently "has an error" and you have to call to cancel your subscription only to be offered 50% then 75% off to keep you paying. Shady business practices are the reason you are failing.
Poor local coverage. But if you want to read about Hoban this is their paper
This is the worst run business on the face of the PLANET! if you try to cancel your account, it doesn’t matter, they keep charging your card anyways. Incompetence in the customer service department. A scam to take your money.
