Marlene and Steve are a real life dynamic duo. While other owners in my neighborhood were lowering the asking price for their homes because they could not attract buyers the Aisenbergs got me my initial highball price AND a quick sale (two months from putting up their for sale sign to settlement). AND they were sensitive to my emotions about leaving my house -- my home for over 30 years. Should I ever return to Maryland, they will manage my new house hunt and purchase.

Marlene and Steve were perfect realtors. Through every step, they made it easy by being helpful, supportive, and very enjoyable in all our interactions. Although they gave us choices to do work ourselves, they provided people who prepared our house for sale: removed whatever we left, cleaned, painted, and improved the landscaping.
