Author & Computer Science Prof. Our Furnace went belly up and Mr. Kraftâs 877-AIR SURGEON was the first to respond. He analyzed our Furnace and determined that we needed a new motor (something I had already convinced myself was the problem as I often do a lot of fixes myself). He ordered the exact same motor and the next day he cleaned my system, installed the new motor and we had heat again.
