Our AC wasn't working, Tim came to diagnose it and said it needed to be replaced or repaired. we spent 2500 to replace whole unit, which seemed pretty descent based on what i have found in google. He provided us with a window unit for the night while we were waiting for it to get fixed, which was very helpful since it was getting close to 95 degrees inside. Once AC was fixed , he told us that something called TXV wasn't metering refrigerant ( I'm completely ignorant on this subject) which is what caused our compressor to die... read more
Very thorough and reasonable. He called & let me know exactly when he would be there rather than giving me a huge window like most other places. Instead of just blowing out the AC drain line which is what I had requested, he took extra steps to clean it.

I happened to get on yp yesterday morning, wondering who to call for my a/c problem. After looking and reading reviews, I took down three numbers. The Air Guy was my first call. It went to voice mail right away. I was about to call the next number when Tim called me back. He was in my area and came to my house within ten minutes. An hour later my air was on again!! Yay!! He was a nice young man and thorough. We are pleased with his work. Thanks Tim!

Tim is great! He came out and diagnosed my A/C's problem and recommended some great options! Will definitely use in the future!!
Tim is an Awesome guy, profiessional, polite and curteous. He knows the stuff. He found out the problem with my AC unit within 10 minutes. He fixed the issue in a short amount of time and charged me reasonable price and provided warranty for the service as well as parts he replaced. I would definitely recomment this guy.
