Our air conditioning unit was not cooling to full capacity and I sent an email to the Air Guy. I received a quick response (on a Sunday!) saying that he could be out the following Monday. He called 20-30 minutes beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived within the time frame that we scheduled. He was polite and immediately got to work in diagnosing the issue.
