This was my first time using The Air Ducters, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and made the entire process easy. He explained everything clearly and completed the job efficiently. I also appreciated that he cleaned up before leaving. It’s clear they care about doing quality work and treating customers well. I’ll definitely be using The Air Ducters again.

Great experience with this chimney and air duct company. Ben was the tech who came out, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and told me what was actually necessary without any pressure or upselling. He did a thorough inspection, pointed out things I wouldn’t have noticed, and made sure I understood my options. My fireplace works smoothly now, and I feel much safer using it. Really appreciate the professionalism already scheduled with him our maintenance service next year!!

Big thank to Daniel and his crew for cleans out our duct work at one day!! Without let us leave the house we very appreciate it They was fast reliable and explained us every step in the process including pictures before and after!! Already scheduled with them maintenance for next year, highly recommended!!

Josh came out for my chimney inspection and did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained clearly what he was checking. He pointed out a couple of issues to fix before winter and made everything easy to understand. No pressure just honest, professional service. I’ll definitely be using this company again and asking for Josh next time.
