I found the Air Doctor to be honest and reliable with excellent customer service. We called for service on a 20 year old unit. J.R. gave us options for repair or replacement without being pushy or any aggressive sales tactics. We decided replacement was our best option and he was able to keep our old one running until we could schedule replacement. My air quit working adter 6 pm and he returned my call within 15 minutes and was here fixing the issue in 30. As a mom with a type 1 diabetic son, I appreciated the speed of service and the friendly service. I am saving his number for any future needs and I'd highly recommend to anyone else
I’ve needed their service twice, and both times they were able to help me right away. They fixed the problem and charged a reasonable price. I’m definitely a happy customer.
The Air Doctor provided excellent service! They got our AC back up and running quickly and efficiently, and the whole process was smooth and professional.
While i didn't end up using their services this time, it's because i had a minor issue that they were able to walk me through correcting over the phone. The issue was causing my A/c to not work, but the solution was super quick. That kind of service has earned then a place as my HVAC company of choice going forward!
