JR and team have been our first call for repairs for a few years. They’ve always been timely, helpful and have made recommendations that are really to our benefit. I found the Air Doctor to be honest and reliable with excellent customer service. We called for service on a 20 year old unit. J.R. gave us options for repair or replacement without being pushy or any aggressive sales tactics. My air quit working adter 6 pm and he returned my call within 15 minutes and was here fixing the issue in 30. As a mom with a type 1 diabetic son, I appreciated the speed of service and the friendly service. I am saving his number for any future needs and I'd highly recommend to anyone else
