Yesterday, Sunday, I called the help line as my HVAC was not working. The technician said he would come out Monday. This morning the outside temperature was 12° and the technician came to my house at 8am. He had to drive a heavy duty truck to get through the snow. His prompt arrival means so much to me. My house is now warm and I am so thankful for the help.
This was our first experience with The Air Doctor. From a recommendation We decided to schedule a maintenance service contract on our HVAC gas pack. The technician was very informative about what he did and gave suggestions along the way. All staff that we have had any communications with has been very professional.
They were on time for our home inspection. Tech was very thorough. There was a small issue with billing, and it was taken care of immediately.
