Horrible matter fact NO communication at all I am currently a client and I have to call for an update not 1 attorney has attempted to call me this far I really wish I had a different representative. My injury case was closed in October of 2024 and here it is March 2025 and they claimed they still collecting doctors bills and still I have to call for an update.

Receptionist is ignorant. Always gives me a hard time. This use to be a good law firm to hire. Now there service is poor based upon lack of communication, deficient desire to interact with current customers and failure to speak clearly with sufficient cadence via phone. The receptionist that answers the phone refuses to talk instead she whispers. She pretends to not have the capability of hearing anything you say to her and eventually terminates the call.
