It is hard for me to write this, as I have been in a multiple year process with Bob and the Clinic. Unforutnly, while they came highly recommended, I do not recommend this clinic. I went to Bob during a vulnerable time when I was in residential treatment and seeking support around adoption issues. Initially he was very responsive to my inquiry and replied to emails in a matter of days (June and July of 2020). Made a real difference in my child's life. And mine. I wish I knew about this earlier.
Dr. Marvin promised our family all kinds of results if we signed up for a ridiculously expensive attachment evaluation. The evaluation process itself was interesting, expensive and time consuming. Unfortunately, the report was incoherent - even other attachment therapists said it didn't make sense. Dr. Marvin was unable to describe the "science" behind his work and while he has a stunning resume, his consistent refusal to provide any viable information - even medical records seems highly unethical.
