The professionalism of The Agency is only surpassed by their knowledge and empathy. Selling or buying a house can be stressful and, in some cases, emotional. Kim, Jay, and team were with me every step of the way! I felt very supported and their advice (even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear) was invaluable.
Poor experience selling a $3M+ listing. Buyer and Seller’s agents were both from “The Agency”. They treated us as though we were table scraps to the $10M homes they sell. In my opinion, they are a Hollywood based agency that should’ve stayed in Hollywood. If we had it to do over again, we would have went with a local Boulder agency like Sara and Sven Groem.
