Really disappointed with my experience here, mainly because of one bartender, Casey. She was completely unprofessional the entire time. Instead of doing her job, she spent most of the night flirting and joking around with her coworkers, ignoring customers at the bar. The event sales manager, Amber, had great recommendations for our event and was so helpful with any questions I had about the space, timeline and logistics, and anything else I could think of. A good place to go with friends for drinks. The handsome bartender John was very nice and makes great drinks.
Despite the lively ambiance and great location, the food at this restaurant was disappointing in both quality and flavor. Dishes lacked seasoning, execution was sloppy, and even the simplest orders fell short of expectations. The best cucumber gimlet and lemon drop we’ve ever had. Customer service was incredible and served in a timely manner. Very friendly and insightful. Definitely recommend and ask for John, he does private parties.
