They promised the roof would be done in five days, but it took over three weeks. There were long gaps with no workers showing up and no explanation why.
The crew left trash and nails all over my yard. One worker was smoking near my house and used foul language. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.
The estimate seemed fair, but once the job started, they kept adding ‘unexpected fees.’ The final bill was nearly double the quote. Total lack of transparency.
