Doug and his team has done multiple jobs for us from primary residence to rental properties. Always fair pricing and a great job. Highly recommend for any interior or exterior painting needs.

left damaged areas in many places, had to have repairs done, see last photo (4 years ago), the paint was just hanging off the wood, when I checked it out , it just peeled off bad wood, if I had know the wood was bad, I would have repaired, but they just painted over it, & didn't offer any help, I had it replaced with hardy board, & thank goodness affordable had given me the left over paint, affordable would not fix.
