At first there was a bit of a communication hiccup, but the owner proactively reached out and handled things. His attitude was sincere and his professionalism impressed me. I’m giving five stars for his service and care toward customers — this is truly a place worth visiting.
Don't usually post reviews but the experience I had with Matt Hicken was 2nd to none. I came to him with what I thought was an impossible situation. Within 24hrs he provided me with multiple solutions and was prompt anytime I had questions. If you're in the market for a vehicle, go see Matt and the team. You will not be disappointed.
They need to work in their posting system. I took a ferry from another province to see a car just to discover that the car had been sold before being posted. They don't seem to be aware that they are in an island and that time and money is being wasted by potential customers.
I bought a BMW less than two weeks ago, and it's been nothing but trouble—breaking down every other day. I reached out, but they refused to take it back or offer any real help. This place is not trustworthy. I would never come back or recommend them to anyone.
