The Affendikis Team was amazing through the entire process. I highly recommend them for many reasons. They are patient, willing to go above and beyond, and most importantly fight for you as their customer. We had a more complicated close and it was handled amazingly and without concern. 100% A1 team and I wouldn't use anyone else.
Our first home purchase would have been an absolute nightmare hadn’t it been for Bentley and Andrew. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood every detail of what was happening. Most importantly, they vouched for us constantly, fighting to make sure we got a fair shake and not be pushed over by the homebuilder. Communication was also as easy as it gets - never had an issue with not getting a very quick and meaningful response. We will 100% be using them in the future!
