I got gynecomastia surgery and liposuction on my midsection back in February 2024 with Dr. Cobbins. She is a nice lady but the results were lackluster. I still have very obvious glands and fat in my chest and my stomach hasnt gone down in any significant way. If you are on the heavier side it's best to find another surgeon.

I had liposuction with this doctor, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the results. One side of my body is noticeably more uneven than the other. I even had to undergo a revision procedure to have it corrected, but the results remained the same.now I have to look for someone else to correct it again Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this doctor for liposuction. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision.
Dr Cobbins is sweet. But my issue was I heard that she does NOT do gynecomastia with skin removal with free nipple graft (since I have grade 3 gyno). So when I called the office to confirm if they do skin removal the receptionist stated she does (she confirmed with me twice). When I get there Dr. Cobbins told me she would not do skin removal.
