office charged my credit card in error on June 24, and was told at the time that they were able to cancel the transaction so assumed i didn't need to follow up realized a month later that the 1,000.00 charge was still on my credit card called them back and they assured me they refunded the 1,000.00. stopped into the office same day where they told me the charge hadn't been credited to my account, but was credited that day. week later still no credit refund called back today and they cant give me the transaction number for th... read more
