The internet is not the best, always crashing. Though tech support most of the time provides great customer service.
Been waiting for two months to get services started at my new home. Constantly getting the run-around. The lady I spoke today in sales is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Apparently they don't want my business so I'm reaching out to another provider.
Not sure how their services aren't a full 5 stars because they 100% are. We had AT&T Internet10 for $60 a month and we were only getting 10mbps download and no upload. I'm not even sure why it was an option when Anneas was available. We're paying $59.95 a month for 250mbps upload AND DOWNLOAD (actual readings are like 300).
