0 out of 5 stars all of the except 1 Cisco stayed in contact regularly until he was terminated and every one else was barely in any contact my case was reassigned 3 different times by Doug's colleagues, they never got a hold of me at all, except to tell me that they were terminated in someone else took over my case communication with everyone besides Cisco was horrible and they still charged me $8000.
