Progressive, the insurance of other party, notified me yesterday that Doug Day was no longer representing me, as "he could not meet my expectations." Doesn't that just say it all!??! My expectation was a return phone call after nearly 4 months signed, repeating my store to his assistant 3x, providing paperwork 3x (police report, care history, insurance). The advocates made it super clear and easy for me and were there to help me every step of the way. They would check up on me regularly and see how I was doing as well as calling me to let me know any updates. Couldn’t have asked for a better team.
