3 years 10 months since the car accident where I was not at fault. I have to call them monthly to get any response and my frustration right now is that a very highly disappointed level since I have even had a constable of the law sue me in court for past medical bills that didn't get paid and I'm in collections having money withdrawn every month for a case where I was not a fault and where now I have the third or fourth attorney shelving my paperwork somewhere else to be forgotten for another 3 more years.
