Recently purchased a second-hand Quarken 27 from The Adventure Boat Company and had a great experience. BothCampbell and Sharon were both incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. Everything was clear and straightforward. Highly recommend!

What a great experience to deal with Campbell from the Adventure Boat Company. This was my first boat and he made it so straightforward and professional from the first time I met him. A corrosion issue was found at my first service by a third party. Clearly this corrosion had not occurred in the short period of time I had owned the boat (a few months). The team at adventure boats was in regular contact with me, however would not accept any responsibility and have suggested that it is somehow my fault. The boat was a demo, and the leg was left in the water prior to my ownership (hence the corrosion). Terrible. Bought a XO D8. Price guarantee false they increased price when boat arrived over written agreed price deposit paid on. Year later chasing warranty. Don't pay final bill until ALL checked. Dont accept handover until all fixed tested cleaned as new. Insist on paper signed acceptance of handover boats defects listed. Have lawyer check purchase contract before paying deposit. Crooks. They revoked thier offer to fix warranty items because of this post.
