Please keep in mind that you must canceled appointments within 48 hours, NOT 24 like I thought. Otherwise, you will be hit with a $25 NO SHOW fee. On top of that, there is an additional $10 fee for each month $25 fee is not paid. This information would had been useful if the receptionist would have let me know when canceling. Especially knowing i was past the 48 hour mark. I would have just gone to the damn appointment even though this was just a follow up appt and I had already been told I wasn't allergic to anything after ... read more
