We got my 85+ dad in here back in October of 2023 due to him needing more supervision than we could provide & concerns over his safety. Ray was the first person we made contact with from here, he was very helpful, friendly, upfront & courteous from the beginning, follow through type of person who was on top of everything when trying to get my dad placed here. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Heath department should really dig deep here as roaches are in abundance. Resident treatment by certain staff members is appalling. Management does nothing about ongoing issues. Beware...
My brother has been in the memory unit for 5 months. They are very kind and caring. I stop by at all hours every day and I have only seen kindness and professionalism by the staff.
