I usually never leave reviews, but I feel this experience should be shared. I have always helped my brother pay his rent because of his work schedule. During my lunch break, I brought in the rent checks already filled out, as I have done before without any issues. This time, there was a new lady in the office that I had never seen before. They need surveillance at all times… Just to make sure everyone is safe…
just for the month of May we had about 10 different office girls work here, each and every time we get a new one they never have access to the system, can’t answer basic questions and have horrible attitude. The only reason i’m giving a 5 star review is bc the current lady (Cynthia) has been AMAZING. Even if she can’t answer our question right away she’s always very professional and helpful. Corporate should consider keeping her rather than having us as tenants dealing with rude people everyday.
