Absolutely useless, all they are interested in is making money. No care for patients at all. Huge waiting times and doctors who apparently only work on a Sunday. When all you need is a repeat script, they want to charge you hundreds of dollars and wait weeks for the privilege.
Called multiple times over 3 days this week and no answer or call returned. How are people supposed to get a new script?
Extremely rude receptionist, unhelpful, cut me off when I was speaking over the phone and unwilling to help with my query! Not a good impression for any healthcare provider, shocked at the service!
When there was a shortage in my medication I contacted the staff at ADHD Clinic and they resolved the issue within a couple days, contacting the doctor on my behalf, with no extra charge given the circumstances - many thanks!
