Update: The "reach out" referred to is yet another Cat and Mouse game by this 'organisation'. I was advised we could change the Consultant after this review aired - translation "you can, but we will have to charge you for that". I was told that both myself and my Son would be supported - translation " You will have to pay for the services of an ADHD Coach for your Son" I was assured time and time again that they were going to "make good" but this did not happen. What happens is this... You write a review, they set about dama... read more

After realising I couldn't rely on the NHS to get the help I needed, I turned to private options and went with The ADHD Centre due to their professionalism and GMC-registered psychiatrists. I so far have had my full ADHD diagnosis (face-to-face) and 2 follow up appointments (zoom call). I am in the middle of my titration period with Elvanse, which is improving my symptoms. I'm also receiving proper aftercare and follow-ups which keep me on the right track. Dr Ankur Kumar is professional, patient, a good listener and cares ab... read more

We paid £1800 for what we thought was a professional service and having read reviews and completed due diligence; we proceeded with the 1 face to face and o e Temas call assessment. We filled in all of the necessary paperwork from the ASRS V1.1, PHQ-9, GAD-7 and Collateral Information provided by Parents and Partner. In the assessments which we scheduled for an hour, all paperwork was confirmed and there were a couple of additional psychometric screens including the DIVA form which is more specific. What can I say we receive... read more

Avoid at all costs. My first appointment for my 10 year old son was cancelled the day before. I am sight impaired and had to carefully plan and book in advance trains and accommodation. I asked if this could be reimbursed and no one got back to me other than booking me back in and avoiding the question. On our second appointment we were told that they didn’t have enough time to finish the assessment and it would be at least a further £395 plus costs for more questionnaires to be completed. None of this is mentioned in bookin... read more

I can’t stress just how helpful Dr. Ankur Kumar has been. I was keen to ensure I saw a consultant who I had a strong sense of confidence in, so I would have complete faith in the accuracy of diagnosis and advice regarding treatment. Dr. Kumar absolutely fit the books as a specialised consultant who had previously been part of the team handling ADHDers at the renowned SLaM mental health hospital, and I was drawn to his profile on the ADHD centre website as a young, experienced doctor with a good vibe that I could hopefully id... read more
