These guys were awesome. Asked to take down a dead palm tree and no issues. From initial quote to the end the process was great and all done by message. If I had any more trees to remove I would definitely use these guys.
They were prompt coming out for a site visit and providing a quote. After we accepted the quote we never heard from them again despite follow up by phone and email.
In March 2022, I received a quote for a job, and the company set a date in April to complete the work. However, they failed to show up as promised. I reached out to them again in 2024, and they once more scheduled a date for completion, but unfortunately, they did not follow through. Based on my experience, I advise against placing trust in their reliability to show up and perform the work
Got a prompt quote and accepted it online. Didn’t hear back. Contacted admin three times over the next month or so. Advised that they weee ‘busy’ and would be in contact. Never heard from the time wasters again.
