Very unprofessional. While removing a tree that wasn’t on my property they decided to block off my driveway and not inform me they were doing so. Employee was very smug and actually said it was my fault for not telling them i needed to move my car sooner when I did not know to do this because they didn’t tell me they’d be blocking my exit from my property? especially frustrating when they could have parked in front of the property they were actually removing a tree from. We had to wait several weeks for an appointment to trim the palm tree in our front yard, which suggests that ATS has plenty of work. As the palm is about 10 metres tall, trimming it is a job for professionals, and we were very pleased with the work that ATS performed. Their crew arrived a little later than scheduled, but did the job promptly and with proper regard for the water and other pipes below the tree. The customer service of this business was disgraceful. Cancelling multiple times, failing to call back to reschedule multiple times. Sending workers to our property who were not properly equipped to do the job. I’m not sure how the business is making any money. Don’t waste your time with this company if you expect customer service and the job to be completed in a timely fashion.
