We had to wait several weeks for an appointment to trim the palm tree in our front yard, which suggests that ATS has plenty of work. As the palm is about 10 metres tall, trimming it is a job for professionals, and we were very pleased with the work that ATS performed. Their crew arrived a little later than scheduled, but did the job promptly and with proper regard for the water and other pipes below the tree. The customer service of this business was disgraceful. Cancelling multiple times, failing to call back to reschedule multiple times. Sending workers to our property who were not properly equipped to do the job. I’m not sure how the business is making any money. Don’t waste your time with this company if you expect customer service and the job to be completed in a timely fashion.

We had a large tree removed from our property and several others pruned significantly. The team at Adelaide Tree Surgery was fantastic. They worked carefully and prioritised safety throughout the entire process, leaving the area tidy afterward. Their professionalism and attention to detail really impressed me. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Highly recommend Adelaide Tree Surgery. Shane & Thomas discussed job requirements on arrival. Knew tree biology & growth patterns, explaining why a particular branch needed removal. Checked with me part way through job to ensure they understood task. Shaped trees in a considered & thoughtful way. Clean up was immaculate.
