I had used address realty for selling a buying a home in the past. I was ready to sell another home and planned on using them again , until they decided their normal fee wasn’t enough because I wanted to list my home for a higher price. They would do their normal fee if I sold if for less but wanted more if I listed for a higher price. What???? Not cool.
