The good: We used Erin Murphy when looking for a home. Erin was very straightforward and honest when it came to making us aware of the negative aspects of different areas. There were several houses we looked at which were in noisy areas or would have high fire risk or which came with some other drawback which we wouldn't have otherwise noticed. I had used address realty for selling a buying a home in the past. I was ready to sell another home and planned on using them again , until they decided their normal fee wasn’t enough because I wanted to list my home for a higher price. They would do their normal fee if I sold if for less but wanted more if I listed for a higher price. What???? Not cool.
